Easter is here in few days so I made this Linzer cookies in egg shape with raspberry marmalade in middle.
We already ate a lot of them because they are so good! 🐣 🌸🐰 Ingredients:
3,5 cup of flour
1/2 cup of light brown sugar
10 tbs of butter or shortening
2 egg yolks
Take your butter/baking fat out of the fridge so it is nice and soft and easy to work with.
In medium bowl mix flour, sugar, egg yolk, butter and create dough. Put it in fridge at least for 2-3 hours. Or overnight.
Roll your dough thin, cup in shape you want and bake in oven on 325F degre for 8-9 minutes. You can make hole in middle for half you cookies so you can see the marmalade.
Cool off your cookies. Spread marmalade in middle. Enjoy.
They can be little hard the first day but after you put the marmalade in middle and wait a day they will be nice and soft.
