This is so exciting for me because it allows me to take eight years of experience and reach everyone individually. A lot of people buy fitness programs from celebrity trainers or people who they strive to look like. Here’s the catch, they are blanket programs, You don’t have a clue if you’re actually doing it right.. and also are you even eating enough or the rights food so that your hard work doesn’t go down the drain? How frustrating, right!
With my program you’ll get personal Coaching from me...
✖️Starting the six weeks and finishing it with an in-person or Skype assessment for 30 minutes, get some movement in, discuss goals and expectations, ending with a follow up and after-care plan.
✖️3 days a week of supplemental workouts for your specific goals(mobility and proper technique focused), in accordance to your current gym routine.(Crossfit, sports, marathon training etc)
✖️Macronutrient coaching with weekly check-ins.
✖️Accountability! I will be there with you the entire six weeks, staying in touch on our app truecoach that keeps you linked to your workouts, demo videos and more.
By the end of the six weeks you’ll be rolling deep with some new habits and knowledge to keep you progressing.
